60 hrs of paid time off, use it or lose it for the time, but you don't lose the money. You get paid off every year and it resets it self. Vacation is accrued based on longevity and use it or lose it for time is every two years, paid off yearly.

Vacation pay and time off is typical of other companies unless the plant shuts down for a week or two during the year, then mandatory vacation is required, or don't get paid.
GD should offer more paid time off for more experienced employees who are hired on.
Paid time off can be taken on short notice and combo,ed with vacation with manager approval, except when projects required mandatory overtime.
