10 vacation days and after 20 years you max out at 26 days personal time off (PTO) per year. PTO is your vacation and sick time combined.

Vacation and PTO used to be together, which was good so you could just spend time as needed. Apparently they're replacing some of your PTO with some kind of sick time, which will not accrue if not used. Just another slow slide to awfulness.

You have to use your paid time off no matter the reason you miss. Have to use all the paid time off before you can use unpaid time off.
