    Expensive health insurance for salaried employees

    Doesn't currently offer Health Savings Plan, only Flexible Spending account. Next year they will be implementing a Health Savings Account I believe.

    I never had issues with it, but the cost is a bit higher than others I know of. It's a fair option.

    The health insurance is great! Very reasonably priced. The only con is that if you want to cover your spouse they charge you an extra $1500 a year if your spouse has a job that includes benefits.
