    The paid itself is NOTHING, but that's not their fault, that's a nation-wide problem as the Legal requirement is pretty pityful. BUT, what I valued was that they were flexible in letting you stay with baby (unpaid) pretty much as long as you need up to 6 months without affecting any of your benefits, which was huge for me. I also greatly appreciated having a childcare on-site. It's not cheap, but oh so worthy!

    Paternal leave is two full weeks, maternity leave is six full weeks.
