Men get 2 weeks of paternity
Standard maternity leave of 6 weeks full pay (given years of service). Nothing cutting edge.
2 weeks for fathers and FMLA if necessary
ok plan, let you take off a lot of time if needed (unpaid)
2 weeks paternity leave for each child. Very generous in my opinion.
Impressed with the paternity leave support
paid leave, both maternal and paternal.
The paid itself is NOTHING, but that's not their fault, that's a nation-wide problem as the Legal requirement is pretty pityful. BUT, what I valued was that they were flexible in letting you stay with baby (unpaid) pretty much as long as you need up to 6 months without affecting any of your benefits, which was huge for me. I also greatly appreciated having a childcare on-site. It's not cheap, but oh so worthy!
Paternal leave is two full weeks, maternity leave is six full weeks.
Paternity leave and Maternity leave.
