401k plan is above average
GM contributes 4% no matter what and matches an additional 4%.
8% matching is very high.
Matching contribution from company fluctuates over time (sometimes 50% sometimes 100% but in down time it was around 20% ) though it has a cap - of a certain percentage of your overall income (I think it was at 15% of your income in 2018). 401K must remain in the Fidelity mutual funds they support - limits your choices.
Excellent 401k matching top of the line
4% match with no contribution and 4% more when you do
4% match that is fully vested at any time you leave @ one year, two years and so on
This seems to be a standard 401K plan
Company equals out at 6 dollars. I believe. You can put more in your 401k obviously.
Typical 401K, No company contributions for newer employees.
