    Profit sharing is great, vacation time is good but they take YOUR vacation time to pay for THEIR shutdown, which sucks. Health, dental, and vision insurance are great. No pension, company match for 401k. Maternity leave is through sick leave at 60% pay, no paternity leave offered.
