Best thing is vacation entitlement. Worst thing is pension or lack of, dismal health plans ( very high deductibles and co-payments, very short maternity leave), very limited mutual funds/stocks choices for 401K, poor work-life balance, etc.
They health package was expensive but if you need it you will take it.
The vacation and sick time is the best that I've ever experienced. There are many paid vacation days including the plant shutdown days in December.
