Good 401k match. They give you 4% and match 4%. SO if you put in 4% you get 8% free. 15days starting vacation and 20 days after 2 years. 10 days paid paternity leave that can be used by dad or by mom in addition to maternity leave.
The medical plan is pretty basic, they have a dental and added vision plan next year. The provided plenty of services to help.

It’s not like it used to be when my father & Grandfather worked there. You really have to stay on top of your Health take care of yourself because these jobs will destroy your body. Attendance policies are very strict now. After you retire our Health insurance was cut back to an extreme minimal. How they hire now is different at each facility per the local contract with the UAW. At first you are considered a temporary worker the starting salary for a temp is lower than when I was hired. They make $10 less an hour. Eventually you will reach a top tier salary if you are hired by that facility
