Very flexible if you are selling vehicles. Otherwise you are working 6 days a week to make quotas.

You'll be expected to work 60-hour weeks and must be available 25 of the 30 days per month. When working holiday weekends, you'll only be compensated for the official holiday and not the Saturday and Sunday before or after said holiday.
