Your first year you get something like 15 days on top of the paid holidays and factory shutdown days. Quickly increases from there. Depending on your team and manager you may have different experiences requesting time off. I personally have never had an issue as long as give at least two weeks notice to my team. It's on you to manage your project responsibilities.
Rarely get days off actually needed even if requested in advance
Best thing - it increases over time Worst thing - once you reach 30 days - that is it - no more increases
5 days paid vacation every year for the first several years.
You are forced to use up 72 hours of vacation for their summer shutdown.
Generous even in the beginning
15 days then 20 days after 3 years. A lot of holidays including winter break shut down.
Most vacation and holidays of any company I have worked for.
They give 6 days but no personal days. Tops off as 3 weeks vacation after being there for 7 years
Unlimited sick days, but if out 3 or more days, you are put on short term disability.
