Good employee discount. Decent health insurance. Vacation/Time off is hard to get.
Very little vacation and sick time, have to wait a full year to enroll in 401k, health benefits are complex and take a long time to come into effect
Corporate office has wonderful benefits. Onsite health clinic, cafeteria (overpriced, but still there!), encourages volunteer work, 9 paid holidays, 401k w/ match, flexibility depending on department, outdated gym, tuition reimbursement, and the occasional onsite training class in excel or other development.
Reasonable health benefits as corporate employee
Time off is the best as we do compressed hours during the Summer so we have half day Fridays.
Paid time off (vacation) seems to be much less than similarly sized companies.
The employee discount is 40% off, which is Great. The Vacation is Bogus, as a manager you get a week after a year, and two after that. But the problem comes with the BLACK OUT DATES. Which is from August til October Nov - Jan, March - May. the months in between your co manager may quit or get fired. So you cant take a vacation at all. I left with 300 hours of vacation not used.
Error trying to register. Never was able to enroll. Told management. Nobody cared. No coverage or benefits.
40 percent off at Converse, Lids, and Journeys. Can show tattoos and piercing. They provide food quite often to show appreciation.
You have to work 60 days before you can apply. They don't let you know anything until you work 60 days about the benefits.
