You have 3 options for Medical or the HSA if you've got insurance from your spouse. Wellness Program decreases your premiums by $30.
It sounds good in theory but even after meeting my $3,000 deductible I have thousands I medical bills and wasn't being paid during my medical leave since there is no disability benefits what so ever.
They offer different types of medical insurance base on the amount of premiums or OOP you want to pay. They also offer disability benefits but not sponsored by the company.
Awful. Not affordable for anyone who is not management. High copay, extremely limited coverage, crazy deductibles. It's terrible, I've compared to many other employers.
Nothing good about any of the benefits provided. They are all terrible and cost the employee large amounts of money for little benefit
Only offers high deductible plans. Rates comparable to what's available commercially.
Health insurance was pretty expensive. But most companies in this industry have changed their plans because of the government. Nothing special but not too bad
