The worst thing about the benefits at Genesis is that even if you have been here longer than a year they say they offer 401K but there is no where to sign up and they forget about it.

They advertise 401K matching, but have not matched for at least 6 years. The medical benefits are very expensive.

Work from options but this was made available my manager only, it's not a company wide offered perk. Health insurance was very poor catastrophic plans with one actual decent "gold" plan being the cost of gold itself. If you don't want to see a large portion of your paycheck, you can cover your family.

They give certain full-time employees NO room to take time off or have any benefits because they are too reliant on some employees, while they let their FRIENDS do less work or take time off frequently. That is the name of the game. When I was reviewing my coworkers FT healthcare enrollment activities, it was a headache of a step-by-step process to go through to reach a certain number of points in order to receive the benefit in the FIRST PLACE.
