Depending on your salary grade you earn PTO, Vacation and Sick, based on the hours you work. They accrue very slowly!
the vacation plan is an immediate accrual plan meaning after you have been emplolyee 60 days you begin to earn vacation you do not need to work a year before you get paid time off.
Very generous plan for long time employees
So flexible . Able to request time off up to a year in advance. Just have to know that certain busy times I have to ensure that I am working. No one ever bothers me on my vacation. They truly value time off and rest.
Start at 2 weeks vacation, every 4 years you add a week, tops out at 4 weeks.
We had the hours, but of course trying to take it is hard when you're short staffed
