Good Health Coverage and decent 401 K
Weren't that great. Could've been better, especially for people that have large families.
Rather than a PTO the company will provide 2 weeks vacation and at 5 years one receives 3 weeks, and then you get sick time. The issue is one can’t use a sick day without making it up. Same as vacation time. Use one day and the billing has to be made up. Why offer sick time or vacation if need you make it up in work/billing hours? One must take 3 days to not have to make it up
Expensive plan for what you get
High deductible and it includes medications. A lot of companies have high deductibles now but have co-pays for meds so if you're on something expensive you have to pay for it until your deductible is met before the co-pays kick in. You "get" vacation hours but really don't get to take them. Really the only days off you get are the weekends (if you work until late in the evening during the week) and holidays.
Out of all of the companies I've worked for, the benefits are horrible. Expensive contributions and lack of benefits
I loved the 401k, dental and vision. Affordable and decent coverage. Everything can be accessed online and via apps which makes it easy to keep track of claims.
Very good contributions to HSA
high deductible, not many options only ppo
Health Insurance was very expensive...$400+/month for me alone. Information on benefits package is convoluted and very confusing. Don't know if that is purposeful or not.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
