Good Health Coverage and decent 401 K
Expensive plan for what you get
High deductible and it includes medications. A lot of companies have high deductibles now but have co-pays for meds so if you're on something expensive you have to pay for it until your deductible is met before the co-pays kick in. You "get" vacation hours but really don't get to take them. Really the only days off you get are the weekends (if you work until late in the evening during the week) and holidays.
Out of all of the companies I've worked for, the benefits are horrible. Expensive contributions and lack of benefits
I loved the 401k, dental and vision. Affordable and decent coverage. Everything can be accessed online and via apps which makes it easy to keep track of claims.

Health Insurance was very expensive...$400+/month for me alone. Information on benefits package is convoluted and very confusing. Don't know if that is purposeful or not.
Very expensive health inurance- HDHP
Health insurance is over priced. You have to jump through hoops to obtain partial payment of your deductible. The cost rises every year by approximately 3%.
