    Benefits are very competitive; should include an HMO as a choice. 401k is a safe harbor with strong I’ve seen. The company seems committed to helping employees save for retirement. Higher salaries employees also have additional options for salary deferral. Stock award program is VERY out dated. I believe the company is trying hard to offer employees great choices.

    401k is great! matches 5% and becomes vested after 2 years. They started a great fitness initiative program that has paid for almost every employees fitness bands to track step competitions throughout all locations nationwide. The health insurance is average and could be much better for such a large company.

    The best thing was the employer match of contributions to your 401K up to 6%. You have many benefits choices.

    Best: Credit Union, HSA Seed Money, Monetary Wellness Initiatives, etc. Worst: You have to wait 91 days for insurance, vacation and sick time is dismal.

    Competitive insurance, 401K, and overall benefits package. Wage increases and performance reviews could be more timely. Performance reviews should be performed annually for both salaried AND hourly employees.
