Generous benefits plan, Retirement and 401K are good
Maternity leave is 5 wk paid short term disability and 1 wk required vaca Medical cost is high, no contributions to HSA; coverage through cigna 401k contribution is 6%; no roth option 4wk vaca starting off but no sick days
Genworth has an exceptional Benefit and 401K package. However, this changes every year.
Best: The company now offers pet insurance. Worst: 401-K match was cut in half last year. Company cuts benefits to compensate for poor financial decisions made by senior management.
4 weeks vacation for the first 5 years then 5 weeks and it goes up. All employees get 40 hours a year of volunteer time paid off work. Updated benefit packages allow you to choose more medical/dental/vision plans and more options available.
The best thing about Genworth benefits is its salary and that they don't require you to work a specific time. THe worst thing is that there is nt much diversity in the background of the employees.
Great. Benefit across all areas including long term care. Ability to buy up if desired. Lots of flexibility based on needs
Very competitive compensation, 401K, pension, healthcare insurance, 4+weeks vacation. Very limited stock and options for senior managers.
Health insurance goes up every year. They have cut their 401k contribution.
As a contractor, there is no benefit package.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
