Many options are available. Each year full-time employees select which benefits they would like to enroll in, such as: health, vision, dental, life insurance, disability, etc. There is a fee associated with most coverage but many options are available and the plan can be customized to meet your needs. The cost for benefits can be quite high depending on what you enroll in, but the fees are not out of line compared with other large corporations.

Genworth has an exceptional Benefit and 401K package. However, this changes every year.

Best: The company now offers pet insurance. Worst: 401-K match was cut in half last year. Company cuts benefits to compensate for poor financial decisions made by senior management.

4 weeks vacation for the first 5 years then 5 weeks and it goes up. All employees get 40 hours a year of volunteer time paid off work. Updated benefit packages allow you to choose more medical/dental/vision plans and more options available.

The best thing about Genworth benefits is its salary and that they don't require you to work a specific time. THe worst thing is that there is nt much diversity in the background of the employees.
