    Best: The company now offers pet insurance. Worst: 401-K match was cut in half last year. Company cuts benefits to compensate for poor financial decisions made by senior management.

    4 weeks vacation for the first 5 years then 5 weeks and it goes up. All employees get 40 hours a year of volunteer time paid off work. Updated benefit packages allow you to choose more medical/dental/vision plans and more options available.

    The best thing about Genworth benefits is its salary and that they don't require you to work a specific time. THe worst thing is that there is nt much diversity in the background of the employees.
