Great. Benefit across all areas including long term care. Ability to buy up if desired. Lots of flexibility based on needs
The best thing about Genworth benefits is its salary and that they don't require you to work a specific time. THe worst thing is that there is nt much diversity in the background of the employees.
Very competitive compensation, 401K, pension, healthcare insurance, 4+weeks vacation. Very limited stock and options for senior managers.
Health insurance goes up every year. They have cut their 401k contribution.
Competitive medical offering several plan types
As a contractor, there is no benefit package.
Genworth has good vacation days, 401k, and a very good health insurance coverage. They take care of their employees very well
The benefits are minimal coverage
Nothing particularly disturbing or out of the norm. The benefits are average. What was good is the education benefits. 15k per year now reduced to 7k.
Currently the benefits package is sub-standard - The company seems to be increasing the cost of the plan, as well as increasing the out of pocket amounts that must be paid by the employee
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
