Many options are available. Each year full-time employees select which benefits they would like to enroll in, such as: health, vision, dental, life insurance, disability, etc. There is a fee associated with most coverage but many options are available and the plan can be customized to meet your needs. The cost for benefits can be quite high depending on what you enroll in, but the fees are not out of line compared with other large corporations.

Best: The company now offers pet insurance. Worst: 401-K match was cut in half last year. Company cuts benefits to compensate for poor financial decisions made by senior management.
