    The best thing about Genworth benefits is its salary and that they don't require you to work a specific time. THe worst thing is that there is nt much diversity in the background of the employees.

    Nothing particularly disturbing or out of the norm. The benefits are average. What was good is the education benefits. 15k per year now reduced to 7k.

    Currently the benefits package is sub-standard - The company seems to be increasing the cost of the plan, as well as increasing the out of pocket amounts that must be paid by the employee
