Benefits package is excellent, unlimited FTO is not realistic in our business and only saves the company money when people move on.

The healthcare is pretty good
They have introduced FTO instead of PTO but your so busy you can't take advantage of it much. Good healthcare, 401k, and some perks like dogs in the office (except half roam free and the owners dont pay attn), beer fridge, movies on friday (again too busy to watch). They are trying to make it a "cool" office design but they wouldn't know cool if it was right in front of their face. Its filled with ugly cubes, our new ones have zero privacy, mismatched furniture that doesn't work for the amount of people in the office but the newer creative area is nice. That too is full of mismatched expensive furniture that isn't used! Too bad they couldn't use that money for bonuses.
