Decent benefits, nice PTO package of you ever get a chance to take take off... Hopefully no one dies in your family because if they do it's frowned upon for you to use the nice PTO package they provide.
Just changed benefits from giving really bad PTO package to unlimited PTO with one month family leave benefit for having a baby, serious illness, etc. good 401k match although it can change every year and you have to be employed through end of year to get it. ESOP plan is good perk. Pay is below market. Bonuses for Jon executive level are either either nothing or so small it's insulting. Most I've gotten and heard anyone had gotten is .0016 as a percent of salary. But usually HALF that. And I've asked a lot of people. Executive salaries are HUGE.
