Comprehensive benefits package that supports health, wellness and continuing education.
Good tuition benefits for staff
One of the best 401(k) options around: contribute 3% of salary and Georgetown puts in 10%! Some positions have telework options which helps contribute to a positive work-life balance. PTO accrues liberally and the university's paid time off over the winter holiday break (Christmas Eve thru New Year's Day) is a real gem!
Great choices for health care and dental
Pros: Ability to telework, decent health insurance package Cons: No parental leave
Tuition benefits are amazing but they kick in after you have worked there one year. I've noticed most of my colleagues start dates are in the middle of the semester so you end up having to wait 1.5 years to start the next semester benefits at the beginning of the semester
Covers health insurance. don't include other benefits
Awesome benefits package, especially for folks looking to go back to school!
the benefits are easy to understand, and have a lot of perks. You get free admission to most of the events, and medical is clutch. Dental could be better, but overall I recommend working here.
Best: tuition assistance benefits after one year of employment for staff Worst: although TAP benefits exist, employee salaries are taxed for programs not deemed eligible
