Health insurance was not the best, but did accumulate annual and sick leave pretty fast. Received 8 hours of education leave as well.
Old, old retirement plan was great. Long gone now.

Best thing is all the options as to what kind of insurance you want and ease of access with an online account. I liked that you could change anything you wanted at anytime right from your home on your personal computer.
Enjoyed having major holidays off, 401k and pension plan are decent but not as good as the plans offered 20 years ago, pretty easy to request time off, pay could be better, very mediocre raises(1%) per year and for a time there were not any raises for almost 10 years
This organization has a good benefit package. It consist of health, life and dental insurance depending on the region a employee is assigned.
You have benefits, but with the LOW salary, and you paying for the benefits, it's impossible to have them all.
Pros: Decent health, dental, vision and life insurance. Good 401k match, supplemental insurance, annual/sick leave and retirement plan is available. Cons: current retirement plan will only pay my light bill, if I stay for 10 years.
