Insurance coverage is good, there's a generous leave policy and are open to flexible work schedules. Still offers a retirement plan for employees.
I do not like the people there. They are very negative and untrustworthy
GDOT offers great benefits for employees. Good health insurance rates and flex benefits.
The best thing was the time off but the benefit package was overpriced and the 401k match was poor. You had to pay for everything, including disability, and parking etc,
Annual leave accrues pretty fast.
Along side with the long slow days the benefits are worth it. tons of vacation time, matched 401 K plan, and mostly flex hours.
The best thing is the 12 Paid Holidays, 5 hrs PTO and 5 Sick leave per pay period. 3% added contribution to 401K if you contribute 5% or more.
