They offer great benefits. You easily meet deductable requirements (at least I did) which can have you with no costs for meds and co-pays. They match what you put in for 401k

The benefit package at Georgia Division of Family and Children Services are great. You have a lot of other flexible benefit plans that are not commonly offered at other organizations. Great place to work for.

The medical insurance is expensive if you want insurance to cover basics. The retirement is very low. As an employee I was never able to use any of the discounts offered for the team Georgia. If you are an employee please use the insurance for specific illness. It pays by itself as long as you complete your annual health and send them proof.
