The Koch brothers were one of the first companies to take advantage of the HSA system. Basically, when I was interviewing in 2006, I was led to believe that their health insurance was good. When I actually started in late 2007 after graduating college, and had to start the enrolment process for the following year, they slammed on the entire company that they would be moving to HSA, high deductible health plans. They did offer a better health plan, but it cost A LOT, and was only used by the poor souls who were married with recently born children.
