Company health insurance covers a lot of stuff. It is a typical high deductible plan with tiers and rollover HSA. The 401k has a good match and good options to choose from. Time off is pretty standard.

Health insurance is great when you actually have time off to go see a physician. Approved vacation time is great. Am neutral on all other that the company offers at this time.
