Average medical, dental, and vision benefits. Good 401k and defined contribution retirement contributions. Good vacation and holiday benefits.
No personal time that's the only thing i don't like other than that it's the only thing i don't like about this job
Vacation time starts at 2 weeks, and you have to hit the 5-year mark before you reach 3 weeks.
Benefits are completely individual-based (good, bad, or in-different). It has taught me that you truly earn your keep and the holistic approach to compensation being based on contribution I agree with (vs. entitlement or comp based on title and tenure). 401k and vacation are so-so, but work-life balance + fulfillment is where the rubber meets the road.
The benefits package is well rounded. The guides provided are very thorough.
The best thing is that it is easy to understand and comparable to most other companies. The worst is that diagnostic appointments can get very expensive even though early detection of diseases can reduce overall costs for the company.
old company with lots of std benefits
401K isn's bad and the health benefits are ok.
The ability to choose from a very detailed list of options for health coverage. Prescriptions with no deductible 4 01k match program.
Best thing:most benefits of big old Corporation. Worst thing:just like The whole county, benefits get less generous year after year
