    Benefits are completely individual-based (good, bad, or in-different). It has taught me that you truly earn your keep and the holistic approach to compensation being based on contribution I agree with (vs. entitlement or comp based on title and tenure). 401k and vacation are so-so, but work-life balance + fulfillment is where the rubber meets the road.

    Vacation time starts at 2 weeks, and you have to hit the 5-year mark before you reach 3 weeks.

    The best thing is that it is easy to understand and comparable to most other companies. The worst is that diagnostic appointments can get very expensive even though early detection of diseases can reduce overall costs for the company.
