    Takes a very long time to accrue any vacation worth speaking of. If you are there for thirty years you get a lot but to get a decent amount thats how long it takes.

    While they provide you with vacation time, it's only 2 weeks a year for the first 8 years. After that it goes up to 3 weeks until the 15 year mark. They do not offer any paid time off or sick days. Combined with their terrible attendance policy, your time off doesn't amount to much for the first 15 years of employment.

    Depends on location, discretion of your supervisor and whether if your salaried. In general, salaried personnel are allowed off when you need to be off without using VL but your work performance can't suffer.
