2 weeks starting with floating holidays.
Not much vacation for employees under 4 years
Paid vacation time after first 6 months. They offer 3 personal days after 90 days of employment.
Good amount of vacation but hard to use when you want because of seniority
Takes a very long time to accrue any vacation worth speaking of. If you are there for thirty years you get a lot but to get a decent amount thats how long it takes.
Takes a long time to earn more than 3 weeks.
Generous vacation annually and holidays. However, there is no carry over
While they provide you with vacation time, it's only 2 weeks a year for the first 8 years. After that it goes up to 3 weeks until the 15 year mark. They do not offer any paid time off or sick days. Combined with their terrible attendance policy, your time off doesn't amount to much for the first 15 years of employment.
Depends on location, discretion of your supervisor and whether if your salaried. In general, salaried personnel are allowed off when you need to be off without using VL but your work performance can't suffer.
Fair? Not bad at all
