“It's a premium health insurance. Thus it's basically covers everything you need including vision and dentel. ”
“Generous sick time earn rates”
“Generous PTO and Sick Leave policies ”
Best benefits are the vacation and sick time. Full-time employees who have been at Tech longer than 6 months but less than 5 years receive 10 hours a month. From years 5-10, you get 12 hours a month and more than 10 years, you get 15 hours/month. Sick leave accumulates every year, and you can donate 80 hours of sick leave each December.
Great Health Insurance with dental-vision coverage, Flexible work hours. There is no Paid time off for assistants and no 401k contribution too.
Solid healthcare insurance for graduate students. Especially using the on-campus doctors, dentists, etc.
Great health benefits, retirement options, life insurance, and many many resources such as professional development, financial advice, and will preparation.
The best benefit for older workers, is that Teachers Retirement System (TRS) is a true pension, not a 401K. So you receive retirement for life, not just until you use up the 401K nest egg. Also they will continue to pay their part of your medical insurance if you are vested and retire from Ga Tech.
Healthcare coverage was decent. PTO was generous as you get paid time off during the holidays when the Institute is closed without having to use your PTO.
Nothing special added as the benefits package. The student insurance just switched to much less favorable one.

Health insurance was pretty good.
