Very flexible and they work with you to try and ensure you get exactly the days/ weeks/ time off that is your first choice
5 days a year, no sick days, no paid holidays for first 90 days of employment. first year you are employed your vacation is prorated.
Fifteen years too earn three weeks.
Less than five days PTO for first year. It was an extreme hassle to request time off. There was not any support for your work if you were approved for time off.
Best part you get one week automatically your first year worst is you'd had to work there for like twenty more to get anything better.
