Benefits seem in line with some of the stronger companies. Health, dental, vision and all of the other offerings like 401K, 10 days of vacations plus three swing days.
The health benefits are rather expensive for having such a high deductible and then only 80/20 coinsurance. For paying that high a rate, I'd expect not to have either one.
We had a bonus program with our MTPH ...which was decent getting paid 5 times a month the bonus was anywhere from 200 - $450

They offer identity protection for your whole family. There is a new addition for pet insurance as well. I have never seen options like this so it made the enrollment process a little more interesting.
When i first started, we would receive a monthly incentive around 20 to 40 percent of whatever our gross for that month. When i left they rearranged our pay so we only can get a 10 percent max incentive.
