There aren't too many benefits. It's hard work and low pay, and you need to have a real love for the job. The biggest benefits are networking opportunities and intern luncheons, where experienced agents relay how they got their start in the industry and answer your questions.
They give as little as possible
The paid time off for holidays and the vacation time. It probably the only benefit they offer that unmatched.
The benefits were laughable. If you used a sick day or a bereavement day you would either get fired or have to hear about it for the rest of your life. This is the WORST company.
Alright health, vision, and dental package. 401K plan is a JOKE. don't bother.
