“Company pays 12 weeks for mothers and 4 weeks for fathers in the US.”
“Do not have very much idea on the 401 k plan. But people with whom I worked with were very happy with the 401 k benefits and other options that the company provided.”
There are multiple plans and resources to choose from.
Great medical benefits. Fully paid for by company with various package options.
Great maternity leave (by US standards), also a lot of emphasis and effort being put on employee mental health and wellbeing
Best thing about the benefits at Getty Images are the flexible working policy where you can work from any location with approval from your manager. And the FTO, which allows you to take as much personal time off as you like, as long as you have cleared it with your manager and your work is up to date. Using these policies, I can work from home any time I need to, and take more than 2 weeks leave. I have been taking all the school holidays off and the time I've been able to spend with my family has been a huge benefit.
Great benefits and they take care of employees really well. Good vibe and supportive co-workers.
Great 401k matching and PTO policy
Good: Dental Plan (Delta Dental) isn't too bad (had better ortho benefits 5+ years ago). VSP for Vision Getty pays for employee premium Unlimited time off for salaried employees Bad: Medical from Meritain Health (part of Aetna but not aetna). Have a spouse/SO that works? You either go with the HDHP, pay an additional 100/mo for your spouse/SO, or don't add them. Unlimited time off is abused by some employees. Ugly: Medical coverage has been slowly getting worse. Non-HDHP plan is called POS. (Seriously) Work-Life Balance: Work from home is dependent on your manager. Some employees are full-time work from home while others are in the office everyday.
Great 401k, and medical benefits! Certain departments allow (personal) leaves. Paternity leave is also available. Cost of transportation is mainly paid for as well.
Incredibly flexible time off, great insurance plan for dental and medical, and really great work life balance. The worst thing is that there is no equity and the insurance network is somewhat limited.
Extremely comprehensive package of benefits.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
