The company has excellent benefits. The health benefits, 401k options and overall package is fantastic.
Full package of benefits including 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, Holidays and flex time. Rates go up every year but that is the case everywhere now a days.
Comprehensive, good coverage levels and network providers.
Health Insurance, 401K, Paid time off
use it or lose it vacation - 20 day rolling sick time
The benefits are pretty good with the payed time off being the best of the benefits.
401K match is excellent as is PTO. The healthcare could be more reasonable for the employee cost.
Seems to be competitive. Health insurance is affordable and covers everything I have needed. Vacation is standard, though you do have to be here for 6 years before you get a 3rd week, and accrual tops out at 4 weeks no matter how long you're with the company.
Did not cover much until you hit deductible. Each year coverage was less while cost increased.
