The time is not bad and increases with tenure.
Very little vacation time and it doesn't roll over. Only limited times you can take vacation, if you're in fieldwork. May end up losing vacation days at the end of the year.
Generous amount of time off for vacation, holidays, personal and sick days. We also have a Summer Friday plan. With enough notice, easy to take extended time off. As a German company, many global teammates take longer vacations in August, so July can be hectic.
