    For a manager, you have to pay for them. They are expensive. High deductible and you have to chose between the 2 more expensive ones.

    Health insurance was great very reasonable for management. Vacation time was easy to use and you start out with enough to be happy with. It accumulates there after.

    benefits are somewhat expensive, unless you utilize the healthy living options provided by Highmark which can take ~1k off of your yearly premium. then they become slightly above average benefits. No PTO is a huge plus--unlimited sick days, 4.5 match on 401k
