401k benefits match what you put in up to 3.5% and then 50% on every dollar up to 5%. As explained to me its the Cadillac of retirement funds
Everything seems comparable or better than most companies that I applied for. They match up to 4 1/2 percent in retirement contributions. Provide top rate health care, time off for woman having a child, company performance bonuses, time off, holidays, sick pay...what more do you want?

You have to choose yearly between major medical and vision/dental. They are slow to pay out on both. You earn a pension, but it's very small. If you take maternity or medical leave, expect to be paid after you return to work. CareFund does not go to regular employees just management and corporate.
Health insurance is pretty decent. The other resources that are available are amazing. You can call their 1800 number for employees about basically anything troubling ranging from debt, mental health issues, loss and grief therapy, etc. They make sure all employees have what they need to be the best workers.
Was ok for individual not family benefits
Good benefits , ten percent off, dental, 401k but you need to be there at least 5 years to acess it.
They don't offer any benefits to employees unless you work over 32hoirs and you have to wait for the 2 times a year they have open enrollment
