Great plan options, voluntary benefits and low out-of-pocket expenses
Have to be there a certain amount of time before benefits kick in, which can be annoying. However I understand why they give a minimum since turnover can be high

Average benefits for a part time retailer. Did not participate in 401k but did take advantage of medical coverage and vacation time.
Deductibles have gone way up. Coverages way down.

They are very generous and offer college scholarships to young employees working part time. They are a great company who seems to really value their employees.
You don’t get benefits unless you work full time. You can buy health insurance but it’s badically your whole paycheck if you only work part time.

Absolutely terrible company to work for. Work/life balance is atrocious, bad senior level management, cannot staff store properly due to budget constraints. Thankful I got out!
