Great benefits extended vacation time. Very family freindly
The health care was just okay. The company will match you up to 4% for your 401k which I think is good. You accrue PTO with each paycheck about 6 hours which is another plus, however, sick time, personal time and vacation time were all combined.
For the time Program Manager, there weren’t any benefits, but they did reimburse me for gas and provide free lunches. I also had a very flexible schedule.
No benefits for Part Time Staff
I was not paid. I was a volunteer employee.
Best thing was almost everything. I worked at Camp Sugarpine and I loved it! My coworkers all got along, which is something to say because it was like 40 or 50 staff we were 90% women between the ages of 18-24(excluding big bosses, they were probably in their 30s)
Excellent health benefit package and a high 401K % match
From the start, 20 days of paid time off-- to be used for vacation, sick days, personal days-- at your own discrention.
The best thing is you get 25 days off a year
Being an empowerment for women, they don't offer that many benefits. Salary wage is also low.
