Neat benefits package and also I appreciate that they include salsa in my yearly bonus.
Unlimited PTO, fully funded HSA, onsite gym, catered lunches, a nap room. There was truly nothing bad about the benefits at all!
Incredibly good benefits, and ample perks. The vacation policy was unlimited, which can be a blessing and a curse depending on how you view it and how much time you should take.

We switched to a new healthcare provider which has been a big hassle. Many folks have had to switch doctors or start paying out of pocket.
Great parental leave and 401K matching
The company treats interns very well. Lots of fun paid group outings, but the benefits we got were different than employees and depended on our managers. Working remotely often was widely accepted.
