They match dollar for dollar on the 401k. They offer nice pto to start but it stays the same never giving more. Insurance is good.
Overall package is industry standard such as healthcare coverage, life insurance, disability and 401K. The US Glanbia companies are moving to a more wellness based approach offering free health screenings for 2017. Does not really have any stated work from home benefits, but managers are generally flexible. They aren't offering anything that sets them apart from most other billion dollar corporations.
