The benefits package at Glassdoor is decent. Full healthcare and unlimited PTO. Fully stocked kitchen and catered lunches everyday. There is a gym on site but no discounts for gyms in the city. No 401K matching and pay is under market value.

Benefits are amazing here! Minimal co-pay for doctor's visitors. I have yet to run into something that isn't covered. Company also starts you off on a 401k plan and allows you to make changes to your investment at anytime. Also, ample amount of vacation time.

Fully paid health insurance, which is great. Pet-friendly, ability to work from home (this can depend on the team/manager), and unlimited PTO (ONLY if you're classified as a non-exempt employee). The one thing we really need is matching 401k.
