Glassdoor offers the best benefits package I have ever received, it was almost free, and covered everything for my entire family.

Fully paid health insurance, which is great. Pet-friendly, ability to work from home (this can depend on the team/manager), and unlimited PTO (ONLY if you're classified as a non-exempt employee). The one thing we really need is matching 401k.

Worst thing: No 401K Best thing: Free lunch and stocked kitchen

catered lunch; fruit, snacks and coffee; vanpool no 401k match; lower than market base salary; no merit increase; very low bonus; medial insurance includes very high deductibles; vanpool routes and time are limited, no other commute incentive.

Unlimited vacation, strong health insurance, good paternity leave, no 401k match (yet), stock options

I had a similar benefits package at my last job, so it's not entirely surprising. However, I enjoy having full benefits.

They take care of their employees.

Dog friendly office & insurance is the best aspect of benefits. The worst part is the business uses benefits & "perks" as an excuse to underpay sales people.

Very good medical, dental and vision. Life and AD&D are good too. But no 401k matching. Unlimited PTO is pretty bad because in reality it's only 2 weeks tops. Managers won't allow more than that.
