The best benefit is a tie between the health insurance and the unlimited PTO. It is hard to find a company who provides the coverage that Glassdoor provides, and it is even more difficult to find an employer who has unlimited PTO. Have to love the stocked kitchen and free lunch 3x a week!
Glassdoor is constantly trying to ensure employees are well taken care of outside of work. From lunches, to vacation, to on-site gym to team outings. It's really a mindset that life is more than just 9-5.

The Pros are company equity, GREAT health insurance (choice of HMO, PPO, or HDHP with HSA employee contribution, Free lunch (Chicago you're able to get free delivery to the office), Snacks onsite, On-site Gym (and many partnerships with boutiques like corepower yoga, soul cycle, etc.), Cell phone reimbursement, Flexible WFH, unlimited vacation (depending on your role). The big con is that there is no 401k match, however company equity is supposed to make up for that.
Benefits are getting even better. I really appreciate the partnerships with CorePower Yoga/Soul Cycle for Chicago location, definitely an added plus! Mill Valley catering is one of the best. Even with some benefit changes that have changed over the past year, PTO is still valued, especially if you have a healthy relationship with your manager.
The best part is healthy everyday catering.
