Salaried employees participate in our Vacation Matters policy that allows employees to take vacation time when they need it without worrying about vacation accruals.
Hourly employees receive up to three weeks of Paid Time Off as well as two floating holidays and one day off each quarter to volunteer at the the non-profit of their choice.
Unlimited PTO for non-exempt employees. As long as your request doesn't conflict with others' time off, it will be approved.
PTO is cool, but different if you are an hourly worker.
Having paid time off is just a really nice extra bonus to have so I could go on some type of family vacation or visit my parents every year or so.
Love the no vacation policy
There is an unlimited PTO policy but in reality it's only 2 weeks tops. Managers won't allow more than that. At least that's the case in my team. Not sure about other departments.
A little less than my previous employer, but still a nice package.
Unlimited time off and great work life balance.
You can't really beat unlimited PTO.
