401K was generous. Vacation pay and paid time off was not the best
no complaints! has everything and more! - great PPO plan, AMAZING dental coverage and employee benefits, vision plan, etc. all are pretty affordable 401k match that vests in 2 years - unheard of! 10 days PTO, 6 sick days (this doesn't increase with seniority) ONLY con - get the bare minimum of holidays off (6 days) since the company is in manufacturing and cannot afford to shut down production more than necessary
i do not get the full benefits cause the i am just an intern. but they are great
Great benefits. Also great company events such as the christmas party, the BBQs, the Knotts picnic…etc. Although for the christmas party, more employees should be able to be invited. It should be more fair.

All the benefits are mediocre... Health, Medical and Dental. There are options for PPO or HMO, however, alot of people choose the cheaper option since most people who work here don't make much money.
Worst benefit for Glidewell employees is time off. Holiday pay is limited to only 6 paid days, and no matter how many years you work there, you only get 2 weeks for vacation. Sick time is limited to 6 days, and depending on your manager, you cannot take them unless you are on death's doorstoop. And, as a salaried employee, if you work Saturday and Sunday, there is no compensation or generous offer to give you another day or two off when it slows down. And, even though you may accrue time off through holiday, vacation or sick time, none of it applies until you pass the probationary period. SUCKS big!
