“Wow talk about expensive, but in general I suppose it matches today's market.”
“ The current 401(k) plan has extremely exorbitant fees, while the company match is extremely low. Funds also require more diversification. Low yields.”
Best - Maternity and Paternity Leave Best - 401K Worst - Vacation days
Good coverage, but a little expensive for a family of 4 or more. Great 401k match and other perks!
No unlimited vacations, but the health benefits are good.
Based on my plan I 'd say the worst thing was that the company switched providers my second year. The specialist (i.e. dermatology) prescription list changed dramatically. One prescription I'd been using for a year went from $0 out of pocket to upward of $250!
Working from home is an option.
They offer everything which is really nice!
Frequent overtime, few holidays, and required to work weekends. 401K, and stock sharing are a bonus, but the healthcare is horrific.
401k and employee purchase program
401k, vacation and time off
Awesome office events that really engage employees. Speaking generally, the organization does not match up to market averages for salaries. Inconsistent application of benefits, especially as it applies to vacation, time off.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
