The best thing here is the health insurance, they offer a really good medical and dental plan. The worst thing is the personal benefits, (PTO, Vacation, Holidays, etc.)
They didn't really offer paid time off, but you were given quite a few Unpaid time offs. They were very liberal about our lunch period as many LO's would stay out much longer than we were supposed to and either they wouldnt notice or we'd just get a big slap on the wrist.
Everything is great. My first day company bought pizza second day admin lunch and introduction. I have no worst. I''m excited for the future and to be able to enjoy the benefits
