At Viad, we strive to create a great place to work for all of our employees, and an important part of that is ensuring our health and welfare benefits meet the needs of both our employees and their families.
Our benefit offerings provide great benefit choices, as well as tools to help our employees select the benefits that best fit their needs, while promoting a healthy lifestyle.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time employees. Here are some of the highlights:
It's a great company that offers internal advancement
The health insurance is really high, not a lot of great options. The retirement benefit is company stocks, which aren't doing so great.
401k, vacation, and time off
Great Health coverage that includes dental; you do have to pay for it monthly out of your check.
401k health insurance vision dental life insurance. Its expensive and doesnt cover enough
They offered a FSA account which many companies do not offer. This lets you take pre taxed money and use it towards medical.
Terrible 401k and health benefits. Takes awhile for it to kick in, which was not helpful for me since I was on my own.
This company likes to hire part-time employees and make them work over 40HRS a week without paying benefits. They do not like paying out any benefits to new hires, unless specifically stated in the hiring stage. I did not receive a full-time salary, paid time off like holiday or vacation time, and received no health insurance of any kind, all while working over 40hrs every week.
There are no company perks. GES offers an adequate health care package with an ok cost to the employee. It is pretty basic, health care, dental, vision. Standard life insurance, LTD, STD and AD&D. They offer a bunch of add ons like pet insurance, lawyer services and long term care that seem exorbitantly priced and aside from asking for the initial more info, I have not pursued any of them because you can get better pricing on the open market.
401k is very good. Matching is excellent.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
