Worst thing is you can't transfer the unused paid time off.

Could be better but it does increase every 5 years. I would have preferred they just give you a bulk amount of days you can use instead of dividing up sick and vacation days.

You accrue lots of vacation and time off

If you actually get to use it, having paid time off is great. I have been told that I cannot take vacations when I have them scheduled and then had to fight to get the time transferred to the following year. Either you value your employees or you don't and denying vacations tells a story.

You are offered 5 holiday days (one floating) offered 40 hours of sick pay, and 40 hours of vacation within your first year.

The longer your employment, the more weeks of vacation you get per year. Sick time does not roll over to the following year if any of it is unused.
