Lots of PTO and holiday time, good medical and cheap dental.
Worst thing is that vision in only $250 payout instead of payout plus coinsurance
I would say time off, I think they gave 17PTO days first year, but if you have an appointment or something you have to use PTO to go. 2 hour blocks.
Great benefits, might consider a better company 401k match
Vacation days are average 14 days. It shines when it comes to healthcare if you're an individual. Families are a little expensive but still around average. 401K match is 3-6% depending on your role which isn't horrible but I've seen worse. I really liked the health insurance coverage. Copays were around $15 everywhere I went and I got 2 free dental cleanings per year and I could space them out however I wanted.
PTO is great; benefits are a little expensive but it is complete coverage (health, dental, vision, life).
I love everything about the benefits that we are given. Cigna, and MetLife has always been good to me and my family.
Great starting PTO - you start with 17 days and receive an additional day for participating in Halloween. Health and dental are standard, 401k match is low.
Health insurance is average. PTO is where they really shine. Start with 17 days a year (vacation & sick). Every two years or so you get another day or two. Management really values home life and works with you for dr appts, kids, etc. Some departments let you work part time from home. 401k isn't the best. Only matches 50% up to 3% of your paycheck. So basically 1 1/2 %
Complete and reasonable in cost
