Two to three company events per year to bring all employees together. Earned paid vacation time. Cons: Lack of upper management involvement in company events which gives the impression of "not very important event" to employees.
Health insurance benefits are ok, it is part of Aetna. 401(k) matching is excellent at 100%, up to 5% of your salary. Most companies struggle to offer 3%.
