Globant’s offering of Medical Insurance, Wellness Benefit are great! Lot of small offerings focused on employers and families during Covid makes them very employee centric

Very competitive benefits package. Global company, ability to relocate to many locations. Attractive projects and clients. Depending on your position you may be under more pressure to produce results, ie. sales, Regional Managers, etc.

the pay sucks. The insurance is decent. They don't pay out accrued PTO at the end of your employment. I had 23 days of PTO that I didn't get paid out.

The best benefit is the health insurance. Both medical and dental are fully paid and the coverage is good.

401k not available for first year. When it finally does kick in, march is only a few percent matching from Globant.
