I've had much better health insurance plans with lower deductibles and greater coverage networks. Still, it wasn't the worst health insurance plan I've had, either. It sits squarely in the middle.
Kaiser has morphed into a high-cost health insurance provider - 20 years ago they were cheap, but now they're as expensive as any PPO. That has nothing to do with my employer, though.
High premiums and the high deductible plan does not include Glu contributing money for you into the HSA which is standard.
I've worked for smaller company that offered a better service for cheaper.
They offer Kaiser and Anthem Blu. Anthem is great.
It seems like there is a high co-pay (for Kaiser) than I have had at other companies.
Health Insurance plans were actually quite good and better than the average I have seen.
Many options to fit different people's health needs
Slight above average coverage, but constant pressure from rising costs -- unsure if they can sustain this level in the future.
Lots of different options, but most are still pathetic and offer minimal coverage.
