I much preferred Zynga's flex schedule to the PTO schedule that Glu offers. Because we had a strict PTO structure, we saw more people use Glu's PTO as an ersatz savings account in the case of job loss or studio closure.
I'd like more time off, of course. Glu doesn't do the "unlimited vacation" like some Silicon Valley companies - but that just means that you can't bank vacation days for when you leave a company.
No sick leave, it comes out of vacation. That is archaic.
PTO is limited. Sick time and vacation time come out of the same pool.
Vacation and Paid Time off is fairly standard. Nothing stands out as good or bad.
Very standard, encouraged to take time off or WFH if sick. Not pressured to never use PTO.
Next to impossible to actually get it scheduled because every month is a new month of crunch time.

Vacation accrual is very good. Flexible scheduling to allow for time off.
