Paid Maternity and Paternity leave is the best I've seen anywhere! They give you a lot of time to spend with your new child.

For FTEs the policy recently changed... it's truly amazing. Birthing mothers get 18 weeks, non-birthing (adopting) get 12 paid. New fathers get 12 paid.

FMLA Time is provided up to 6 weeks for Paternity and 12 weeks for Maternity, if I recall correctly.

    GoDaddy Response

This is correct. Living passionately is one of our core values and time for parents to bond with their newborns is a perfect example.

The paternity leave is un heard of. I think you can get up to 6 weeks if you have been here for 5 years.
